Accommodation rules - HOTEL LIPA***, Bojnice
1. The hotel can only accommodate a guest who is duly registered. For this purpose, the guest presents his ID card, passport or other valid identity document to the relevant Hotel employee immediately upon arrival.
2. The hotel provides services to accommodated guests to the extent determined by the relevant classification standard in the specified class.
3. In exceptional cases, the hotel can offer the guest different accommodation than was agreed upon, unless it differs significantly from the confirmed order.
4. If the guest pre-ordered a single room and the order was confirmed, the Hotel charges the guest only the price for the single room, even if the guest is accommodated in a multi-bed room or apartment. This principle also applies when ordering and confirming a double or triple room, if the guest is staying in a multi-bed room or suite.
5. If during the stay the guest additionally requests an extension of the accommodation and the occupancy of the Hotel allows it, the Hotel can also offer him a different room than the one in which he was originally accommodated.
6. Guests can be accommodated from 2 p.m. A guest who checks in before 6 a.m. will pay the price of the entire previous night’s accommodation. A guest who requests accommodation before 10 o’clock and the room could therefore not be rented the previous night, pays for the accommodation for the previous night as well.
7. Based on the order, the Hotel will accommodate the guest no later than 6 p.m. Until the same time, he reserves the room for the guest, unless otherwise stated in the order. Check-in after 6 p.m. must be notified in advance.
8. The guest is entitled to use the hotel room during his stay and is obliged to leave it and check out his stay at the Hotel reception no later than 10 a.m. on the last day of his stay, unless otherwise agreed in advance. If the guest does not do so, the Hotel will charge him the price for the paid “late departure” service according to the valid price list. For departure after 2 p.m., the Hotel may also charge the full price of the following night’s stay.
9. For the accommodation and services provided, the guest is obliged to pay the price in accordance with the valid price list, usually before the end of the stay. The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit from the guest at any time during the stay, up to the amount of the ordered services. The bill is due on presentation.
10. The guest agrees that a maid, maintenance worker, or other authorized employee of the accommodation provider has the right to enter his room during his stay for the purpose of performing his official duties.
11. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under the age of 10 without adult supervision either in the room or in other social areas of the Hotel.
12. From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., the guest is obliged to keep quiet at night.
13. Before each departure from the room, the guest is obliged to close the water taps in the room, turn off the light in the room and in the accessories, turn off electrical appliances and lock the door.
14. In the Hotel and especially in the room, guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances. This does not apply to electrical appliances used for the guest’s personal hygiene (shaver, massager, hair dryer, etc.).
15. Guests are not allowed to take sports equipment and baby carriages into the rooms.
16. It is forbidden to stay with animals in the Hotel – exceptions are possible only after agreement with the Hotel management.
17. In the room or in the common areas of the Hotel, the guest may not move the equipment, make adjustments or any interventions in the electrical network or other installations without the consent of the Hotel management.
18. The Hotel is only responsible for money and valuables if it has taken them into custody based on confirmation.
19. All areas in the Hotel are non-smoking.
20. The Hotel charges a fine of €50.00 for a violation of the regulation on the prohibition of smoking or the prohibition of moving inventory in the rooms.
21. The chip card from the room is the property of the Hotel. If it is lost or damaged, the guest is charged a fee of €3.00.
22. The guest is responsible for damages caused to the property of the Hotel according to applicable regulations.
23. In the event of illness or injury of a guest, the Hotel will ensure cooperation in providing medical assistance if the guest has informed it of this fact.
24. The price list of accommodation and services provided, the cancellation conditions and the complaint procedure can be viewed at the reception of the Hotel.
25. Guest complaints and possible suggestions for improving the Hotel’s operation are accepted by the Hotel’s management.
26. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Accommodation Regulations. In the event that he violates it, the Hotel management has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the agreed time has expired.
